SPHERE Consulting conducted a Bottleneck Analysis on Factors Affecting Scaling Up and Sustaining Gender Responsive Postpartum Family Planning/Post abortion Family Planning, Task Sharing/Shifting and Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) in Family Planning; commissioned by World Health Organization Pakistan and the Ministry of National Health Services, Regulations and Coordination in 2023-24.
The final report of this BNA exercise is now available for use by all stakeholders. The leadership and patronage from federal and provincial Governments and development stakeholders was pivotal in successfully completing BNA exercise in Pakistan.
The protocol for this BNA was developed by World Health Organization Head Quarters, and is implemented across more than 20 countries globally till now. The same protocol was implemented in Pakistan at national and sub-national (provincial & regional) levels.
