A capacity Building session for the first batch of RFPAP and SPHERE field teams from Lahore, Rawalpindi, DG Khan, and Rajanpur was conducted under the leadership of the Director EPI Punjab.
The initiative aimed to strengthen the quality and effectiveness of immunization service delivery.
The training was facilitated by senior provincial leadership, including Dr. Sajid Bashir, Provincial Vaccine Logistics Officer, and Ms. Laraib, EPI Statistical Analyst.
Key areas of focus included data-driven planning and performance monitoring.
Participants were guided on improving data quality, ensuring timely reporting, and effectively utilizing data for microplanning, tracking missed children, and strengthening outreach.
