Through well-designed quantitative and qualitative research approaches, SPHERE supports the development and implementation of effective and sustainable interventions aimed at addressing maternal and child health issues. Our experience with MNCH entails the following projects.

• A self-care model for post-abortion care services provided through Rahnuma-FPAP centers across Pakistan.
• A comprehensive Menstrual Hygiene Management (MHM) guidebook was developed in collaboration with the Peace and Development Organization (PADO) and Norwegian Church Aid (NCA).
